Our Location

Taxi
We can organise a luxury road transfer from anywhere in Switzerland, France or Italy and drive you right up to the village entrance. Our trusted partner can provide a range of options from their fleet of Mercedes, so just let us know in advance your vehicle requirements. The town is a car free zone, where only electric taxis operate, so we will arrange for a local taxi to take you from the village entrance to your chalet. We would be delighted to arrange any refreshments or entertainment you may require for the journey.

Helicopter
Cut down your travel time with a helicopter transfer from the airport. We will greet you at the Helipad with an electric taxi to whisk you to your chalet, about five minute away.

Train 
Trains from Geneva and Zurich  airport to Zermatt leave every hour and are a relaxing and scenic way to travel to the chalet. There is one change at Visp and altogether the journey takes four hours. Your Chalet Manager will meet you at Zermatt Train station with an electric taxi to take you to your chalet.

Driving
If you decide to drive here, we can organise private valet parking with our trusted partner. From Täsch, you can take the 20 minute scenic train ride to Zermatt or we can organise a luxury private taxi transfer to the village.

Electric Taxi
Zermatt is proudly a car free town. Instead, electric taxis are readily available to whizz you around the resort. We can organise a taxi journey for you with just a few minutes notice.

Walk
All of our chalets are an easy 10 minutes walk from the town.
